Tempeh is a nutty tasting soybean cake, it can be fried or cooked in stew. It has a neutral taste which means practically any sauces or dips will be a perfect accompaniment. Great to add to salad, as a snack or even as a main dish. Keeps well in a refrigerator but it can last a long time in the freezer.
